CAN’T WIN: A no lose situation
The medical profession has for years told us that the only effective weight loss program is lose more calories than you eat. I believed it, but seldom accomplished it. Never has it been more problematic than it is in my seniors years, especially now at age 76.
When one attains this age most body parts hurt and the rest simply don’t work. How do you exercise sufficiently to out-burn your calorie intake at this stage with parts that hurt or don’t work. It’s hopeless. The only alternative is don’t eat. But at this age another problem ensues, there’s nothing else to do! That’s all old people do. What’s for dinner?
